These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and utilization of our digital platforms, confidential property catalogues, viewing reservations, and transaction advisory services across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Indian investment corridors.
By browsing this website or scheduling a private viewing, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these terms in full alignment with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act (RERA) Disclaimers
All prospective property purchases, coastal land allocations, and luxury penthouse acquisitions presented are subject to Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) registrations or respective State Regulatory Authorities where applicable.
- Architectural renderings, floor plans, and perspective imagery represent artistic impressions and do not constitute an irrevocable contractual warranty.
- Prospective buyers are advised to independently verify MahaRERA registration numbers, approved sanction plans, title search certificates, and encumbrance disclosures prior to executing deed of conveyance.
3. Client Confidentiality & High-Net-Worth Non-Disclosure
Due to the confidential nature of off-market land plots and trophy sky residences, all pricing structures, architectural elevations, valuation dossiers, and negotiation notes provided to you are deemed proprietary and strictly confidential. You agree not to distribute, publish, or share proprietary portfolio details with third-party aggregators without our express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian laws, Soldit Group, its directors, partners, and advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of market rate estimators, prospective project timelines, or regulatory zoning updates.
5. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
